桥梁缆索用HDPE1×19S-15.2mm 1860MPa级热镀锌铝合金预应力钢绞线研制

摘要 现有工艺生产的预应力钢绞线结构和防腐性能不足,提供一种桥梁缆索用HDPE锌铝合金预应力钢绞线生产工艺。采用高温脱脂+多组电解碱洗+酸洗+EMW电磁感应抹拭等先进技术生产出满足要求的热镀锌铝合金预应力钢绞线。对钢绞线进行鞍座系统抗弯曲疲劳试验,施加800MPa周期载荷,200万次不断裂。钢绞线应用在桥梁建设中可提高缆索的使用寿命1.5倍以上。 The structure and anti-corrosion property of pre-stressed steel strand produced by prior technology is insufficient,and production process of prestressed steel strand of HDPE zinc-aluminum alloy for bridge cable is provided.Hot-dip galvanized aluminum alloy steel strand meeting requirements is produced by adopting advanced technology such as high temperature degreasing,multi-group electrolytic alkali washing,pickling and EMW electromagnetic induction wiping,etc.Steel strand is subjected to bending fatigue test of saddle system with 800 MPa cyclic load and 2 million cycles without fracture.The application of steel strand in bridge construction can increase service life of cable more than 1.5 times.
