粗规格大盘重智能化拉拔生产线设计

摘要 加工粗规格大盘重盘条时存在拉拔安全性差、效率低等问题。开发制造智能化、高效率且安全系数高的粗规格大盘重拉拔生产线是企业发展的需求。拉拔生产线实现智能化的关键是各设备之间的协调一致性和控制系统整体设计。要求从盘条放线起,自动找头、自动送料、自动切头、自动抛丸处理、自动削头、自动穿模挂车拉拔等全程自动操作,不需要人工辅助;需要采用大量气动元件和液压元件及传感器,采用集散控制系统,应用PLC、触摸屏显示器进行编程控制与全数字闭环及图形显示等功能的控制装置。 There are some problems in processing of heavy coil steel wire,such as drawing poor safety and low efficiency.The development and manufacture of intelligent,high efficiency and high safety coefficient heavy drawing production line with large coil is demand of enterprise development.The key to intellectualization of drawing production line is coordination and consistency of equipment and overall design of control system.From wire rod laying,automatic head finding,automatic feeding,automatic head cutting,automatic shot blasting surface treatment,automatic turning end,automatic die piercing trailer drawing and other automatic operations are required,without manual assistance.It needs a large number of pneumatic and hydraulic components and sensors,a distributed control system,PLC and touch screen display for programming control and full digital closed-loop and graphic display.
