摘要 介绍激光熔覆技术的特点和熔覆涂层具有的组织性能优点。综述激光熔覆涂层在提高低碳钢机械零部件表面性能方面的应用成果及研究进展。阐述了激光熔覆工艺参数的影响因素和不同送粉方式的优缺点;自熔性合金粉末、陶瓷粉末和复合粉末等熔覆材料使用条件及其各自的优点;熔覆层在材料和器件耐磨性、耐腐蚀性等方面的重大改善和明显提高。分析并指出激光熔覆涂层过程中出现的不足,对激光熔覆技术发展趋势及应用前景进行展望。 To introduce characteristics of laser cladding technology and advantages of microstructure and properties of cladding coatings.The application results and research progress of laser cladding coatings improving surface properties of low carbon steel mechanical parts are reviewed.The influence factors of laser cladding process parameters,advantages and disadvantages of different powder feeding methods are described.The application conditions of cladding materials such as self-fluxing alloy powder,ceramic powder and composite powder and their respective advantages are also described,cladding coatings has been significantly improved in terms of wear resistance and corrosion resistance of materials and devices.The shortcomings in process of laser cladding coatings are analyzed and pointed out,and development trend and application prospect of laser cladding technology are prospected.
