A Research on the Challenges and Paths of New Rural Elites′Participation in Rural Governance

新乡贤是新时代推进乡村振兴、实现共同富裕的重要力量。由于目前农村的“半熟人社会”性质、城乡发展不平衡、多元共治思维尚未发展成熟等,导致新乡贤助推共同富裕面临诸多困境。从改善基层治理环境、搭建参与平台、完善制度保障和加强新乡贤自身建设入手,探讨完善新乡贤参与乡村治理的对策。

New rural elites are an important force for promoting rural revitalization and achieving common prosperity in the new era.However,due to the current"semi-stranger society"nature of rural areas,the imbalance of urban-rural development,and the immaturity of the pluralistic governance,the promotion of common prosperity through the involvement of new rural elites has to face with many challenges.This paper explores the challenges and solutions to improving the participation of new rural elites in rural governance from four perspectives:improving the grass-roots governance environment,establishing a sound participation platform,improving institutional guarantees,and strengthening the self-construction of new rural elites.
