近年来,业财融合理念的兴起推动企业财务工作模式的转型。财务共享服务中心作为一种全新的财务管理模式,通过先进的财务管理系统和软件,实现数据的实时处理和分析,不仅可以为企业提供准确可靠的财务数据,提高企业财务处理效率,还可以促进企业内部信息协同共享,推动企业整体发展,是实现业财融合的前提和基础。不同企业的财务共享服务中心建设存在较大差异,需要因地制宜,不能盲目效仿。通过比较和分析G集团和T集团的财务共享服务中心,探讨其模式和特点,为同行业其他企业提供参考。

In recent years,the concept of Integration of Industry and Finance has gained more attention,leading to a transformation of the financial management approach of enterprises.The financial sharing service centre,as a novel financial management model,not only provides precise and dependable financial data,enhancing financial processing efficiency,but also facilitates information sharing and collaboration within enterprises,driving overall business development,which is a foundation and prerequisite for realizing the integration of industry and finance.However,the construction of financial sharing service centre varies significantly among enterprises,making it essential to tailor the approach to the local context and avoid blindly emulating others.This paper aims to compare and analyze the financial sharing service centre of G Group and T Group,examining their respective models and features,and providing guidance to other enterprises in the same industry.
