高校“智慧党建”的遵循原则和创新路径

网络社会环境下,高校推进“智慧党建”是引领高校治理现代化和信息化的迫切要求,是应对大学生网络社交“圈层化”的主动变革,是加快高校党建创新的现实需求。高校“智慧党建”必须以加强党的领导为目标,以实现对高校治理的总体引领为导向,以激活基层党组织政治生活活力为抓手,以牢牢把握大学生的网络意识形态工作为重点,积极进行路径创新,从顶层设计、受众细分、话语模式、人才队伍、大数据运用等五大方向集合发力。

In the social network environment,the smart construction of the Party is an urgent requirement for the modernization and informatization of university governance,an active response to cope with the"stratification"of college students′online social networking,and a realistic demand to accelerate the innovation of the Party′s overall construction in colleges and universities.At present,many colleges and universities across the country have carried out the practice and exploration of smart Party construction,but certain principles should be followed in colleges and universities,with the goal of strengthening the Party′s leadership,aiming to realize the overall guidance of university governance,activating the vitality of the political life of the Party′s grassroots organizations as the starting point,and focusing on firmly grasping the ideological network awareness of college students.In terms of exploring innovative paths,colleges and universities needs to focus on five points,including top-level design,audience segmentation,discourse mode,talent team,and big data application in its smart construction of the Party.
