关于优化我国社区婴幼儿照护服务的思考——基于儿童友好社区视角

Thoughts on Optimizing Community Infant and Child Care Services in China——Based on the Perspective of Child-Friendly Communities

要创建儿童友好社区,优化社区婴幼儿照护服务是其中重要一环。我国社区婴幼儿照护服务面临着多重挑战,在权属管理、资源配置、居民认知等方面存在着亟待改善之处。政府、社区、家庭应共同努力,健全婴幼儿照护服务支持和管理体系,最大化利用社区内的各种资源,社区居民积极参与共建共育,共同创建体系友好、服务友好、人文友好的社区婴幼儿照护服务体系。

The healthy growth of infants under the age of 3 is of great value to the individual,family and society,while China's community infant and child care services are facing multiple challenges,and there are urgent areas for improvement in tenure management,resource allocation,and residents'cognition.Therefore,the government,the community and families should work together to improve the infant care service support and management system and maximize the use of various resources in the community,in the meanwhile,community residents should actively participate in co-construction and co-education to work together to create a system-friendly,service-friendly and humanistic-friendly community infant and child care service system.
