摘要
“双师型”教师培养是促进职业教育教师发展的核心。以知网数据库2000—2022年主题为“双师型”教师培养的文献为样本,运用Citespace,SPSS,BICOMB等软件分析“双师型”教师培养研究现状。研究发现:“双师型”教师培养研究经历了缓慢发展—稳步发展—快速发展三个时期,可分为四个研究主题:基于高层次发展的“双师型”教师培养;基于校企合作的“双师型”教师培养;基于多元评定的“双师型”教师培养;基于实践导向的“双师型”教师培养。未来“双师型”教师培养研究应进一步探索高层次“双师型”教师培养研究,突出多主体培养研究并强调研究的实践导向。
The cultivation of"double-qualified"teachers is the core of promoting the development of vocational education teachers.Using the literature on the theme of"double-qualified teachers training"in the CNKI database from 2000 to 2022 as a sample,the current research status of"double-qualified teacher training"is analyzed by software such as Citespace,SPSS,and BICOMB.The study finds that the research on the cultivation of"double-qualified"teachers has gone through three stages:slow development,steady development,and rapid development.It can be divided into four research themes:(1)the cultivation of"double-qualified"teachers based on high-level development,(2)the cultivation of"double-qualified"teachers based on school enterprise cooperation,(3)the cultivation of"double-qualified"teachers based on multiple evaluations,(4)based on practice-oriented"double-qualified"teacher training.In the future,research on the cultivation of"double-qualified"teachers should further explore high-level research on the cultivation of"double-qualified"teachers,highlight multi subject cultivation research,and emphasize the practical orientation of research.
