摘要 “双一流”学科和高质量教育体系建设呼唤高校开展教学变革与创新,深化评价改革是促进教学创新的重要手段。在分析高校教学创新评价价值意蕴的基础上,基于“以学为中心,教为学服务”的理念,构建了包括“创新要素、创新效应”两个维度、“理念更新、内容优化、方法选用、技术赋能、学习评价、特色彰显、学习效果、示范推广”八个指标的教学创新评价体系,并就评价体系的灵活应用提出了若干建议,以期为高校教学创新评价提供实践参考。 The construction of"Double First-Class"discipline and high-quality education system calls for universities to deepen teaching innovation reform,and teaching evaluation is an important means to promote teaching innovation.Based on the analysis of the value implications of teaching innovation evaluation in colleges and universities,this article constructs a teaching innovation evaluation system based on the concept of"learning is the center,teaching is the service",which includes two dimensions of"innovation elements and innovation effects"and eight indicators of"concept update,content optimization,method selection,technology empowerment,learning evaluation,highlighting Features,learning effect,and promotion".Some suggestions on the flexible application of the evaluation system are put forward in order to provide practical reference for the evaluation of teaching innovation in universities.
