摘要
基于广东省47所高校的问卷调查数据,从就业能力和就业政策两个层面研究女大学生就业质量的影响因素,并针对不同高校类型和不同生源地进行了异质性分析。结果表明:就业能力对于女大学生就业质量的影响较就业政策显著;就业能力中的知识技能、就业政策中的政府扶持力度与创业支持力度影响较为显著;就业能力与就业政策对不同生源地和高校类型的女大学生的就业质量影响存在差异。基于多元主体视角,本文提出,政府建立多维度的就业创业服务体系与健全生育保障制度,高校加强在校女大学生的就业创业教育,企业积极开展校企合作与加强企业制度保障,女大学生树立危机意识和重视个人就业能力等,均有助于其就业质量的提升。
Based on the questionnaire survey data of 47 universities in Guangdong Province,this paper studies the influencing factors of female university students'employment quality from the two levels of employability and employment policy,and analyzes the heterogeneity of different types of universities and different student sources.The results show that:employability has a more significant impact than employment policies;the knowledge and skills in employability,government support for employment policies,and entrepreneurship support have a significant impact;employability and employment policies have different impacts on the employment quality of female college students from different places of origin and different types of colleges.Based on the perspective of multiple subjects,this paper proposes that the government's establishment of a multi-dimensional employment and entrepreneurship service system and a sound fertility guarantee system,the strengthening of employment and entrepreneurship education for female college students in universities,the active implementation of school-enterprise cooperation and the strengthening of enterprise system guarantee,and the establishment of crisis awareness and emphasis on individual employability of female college students are all conducive to the improvement of their employment quality.
