新型高职院校产教融合工作初探——以上海南湖职业技术学院为例

A Preliminary Study on the Integration of Industry and Education in New Vocational Colleges——Taking Shanghai Nanhu Vocational and Technical College as an example

随着我国经济社会的不断进步和新一轮科技革命和产业革命的到来,教育链、人才链与产业链脱节已然成为我国经济发展的重要制约因素,产教融合成为破题关键。传统的校企合作育人在制度设计、运行机制、资源建设、学生核心素养培养方面存在诸多难点。针对这些问题,学校探索产教融合教育新体系,从顶层制度体系建设、机制建设到平台搭建,再从专业建设到教学体系构建,形成新型高职院校产教融合体系,深入落实院校产教融合工作。

With the continuous progress of China's economy and society and the arrival of a new round of scientifi c and technological revolution and industrial revolution,the disconnect between education chain,talent chain and industrial chain has become an important constraint to China's economic development,and the integration of industry and education has become the key to solving the problem.Traditional school-enterprise cooperative education has many diffi culties in system design,operation mechanism,resource construction,and student core literacy cultivation.In view of these problems,the school explores a new system of industry-education integration education,from the top-level system construction,mechanism construction to platform construction,and then from professional construction to teaching system construction,forming a new type of industry-education integration system in vocational colleges,and deeply implementing the integration of industry and education in colleges and universities.
