摘要
现代学徒制对师资队伍建设提高了要求,教师需具备双师能力即同时具备理论和实践教学能力。针对目前“双师型”教师队伍建设中出现的制度不健全、结构不合理、专兼职教师理论实践教学等问题,提出相应制度建设、师德教育、利用校内资源培养、行业技能培训、企业资源培养、校企双向挂职等方式进行“双师型”教师队伍建设,实践表明取得了良好的效果,教师理论教学实践能力、社会服务能力、科研能力得到了有效提高。
Modern apprenticeship system has raised the requirements for the construction of teaching staff,and teachers need to have double-qualifi ed ability,that is,both theoretical and practical teaching ability.In view of the problems existing in the construction of"double-qualifi ed"teachers,such as imperfect system,unreasonable structure,theoretical and practical teaching of full-time and part-time teachers,this paper puts forward some measures to build"double-qualifi ed"teachers,such as corresponding system construction,teacher's moral education,training of professional skills,training of enterprise resources,and two-way attachment between schools and enterprises.Practice shows that good results have been achieved,and teachers'theoretical and practical ability,social service ability and scientifi c research ability have been eff ectively improved.
