开闭件包边防止窜动方案浅析

摘要 车身开闭件内外板一般会采用包边连接工艺,车间生产过程中由于搬运、装配、调整等受力会使内外板产生相对窜动,此时包边的折边胶还未固化并不能起到连接作用;往往会对车门匹配产生较大的影响,由于存在随机性在生产过程很难控制,汽车厂会采用一些工艺防窜动方案,如采用单面点焊、手持激光焊、高频固化、双组分折边胶固化、突刺互锁等工艺手段来解决。 The inner and outer plates of the body opening and closing parts are generally connected by the wrapping process.In the workshop production process,due to the handling,assembly,adjustment and other forces will make the inner and outer plates produce relative channeling.At this time,the folding glue of the wrapping has not been cured and cannot play the connection role;Often have a greater impact on the gap between the body and the door tea diff erence,because of the randomness in the production process is diffi cult to control,the car factory will use some process anti-Channing solutions,such as single-side spot welding,handheld laser welding,high-frequency curing,two-component glue curing,interlocking and other technological means to solve.
