某车型前制动器过连续坏路的rattle噪声分析及改进

Rattle noise analysis and improvement of a vehicle's front brake over continuous bad road

本文针对某车型的前制动器在过连续坏路的时“哒哒”噪声(RATTLE),轻踩制动踏板后噪声消失的现象,通过对前制动系统零部件的拆检、测量及分析,得出了导致汽车过坏路噪声的原因,进而针对性地改进前制动器的设计,达到了消除噪声、提升用户感知感受、改善售后抱怨、提升产品竞争力的目的和效果。同时该案例对后续车型的制动器的设计提供了一种借鉴思路。

In this paper,aiming at the phenomenon that the"RATTLE"noise of the front brake of vehicle and disappeared after lightly stepping on the brake pedal,through the dismantling,measurement and analysis of the components of the front brake system,the reasons leading to the bad road noise of the car are obtained,and then the design of the front brake is improved accordingly.It achieves the purpose and eff ect of eliminating noise,enhancing user perception,improving after-sales complaints and enhancing product competitiveness.At the same time,this case provides a reference for the brake design of subsequent models.
