基于前横向稳定杆的K&C性能研究

Research On K&C Performance Based On Front Transverse Stabilizer Bar

文章基于前横向稳定杆在整车的功能,分别对车辆在不安装前横向稳定杆和安装前横向稳定杆两个状态下进行了K&C性能试验,研究了前横向稳定杆对悬架K&C性能的影响。对比试验结果表明,前横向稳定杆对车辆前悬架侧倾刚度、侧倾工况悬架刚度、侧倾中心变化梯度和轮距变化梯度影响较大,对侧倾中心高、前束角梯度和外倾角梯度影响较小。

Based on the function of the front stabilizer bar in the whole vehicle,this paper analyzes the K&C performance of installing the stabilizer bar and not installing the stabilizer bar,studies the infl uence of the front stabilizer bar on the K&C performance.The comparative test results show that,The front transverse stabilizer bar has great infl uence on the roll stiff ness of the vehicle front suspension,roll condition suspension stiff ness,roll center change gradient and wheel base change gradient,but has little infl uence on roll center height,front beam Angle gradient and roll Angle gradient.
