摘要
通过简单的浸泡试验,根据宏观浸泡腐蚀形貌快速判定阳极材料的电流效率。研究结果表明,两个待测表面均为光亮,则待测的Mg-Mn牺牲阳极材料的电流效率>50%;如果两个待测表面有一个或两个表面有白色点状物,则待测的Mg-Mn牺牲阳极材料的电流效率≤50%。成功解决了现有的Mg-Mn牺牲阳极材料电流效率的判定方法较慢的技术问题,提高了生产效率,推动了高电位Mg-Mn牺牲阳极材料的批量化生产。
Through simple immersion test,the current efficiency of anode materials can be quickly determined according to the macro immersion corrosion morphology.The results show that the current efficiency of Mg-Mn sacrificial anode material to be measured is more than 50%,when both surfaces to be measured are bright.On the contrary,if one or two surfaces to be tested have white dots,the current efficiency of Mg-Mn sacrificial anode material to be tested is less than or equal to 50%.This has successfully solved the technical problem that the current efficiency of existing Mg-Mn sacrificial anode materials is relatively slow,improved the production efficiency,and promoted the batch production of high potential Mg-Mn sacrificial anode materials.
