摘要
讨论了低聚物多元醇的结构与极性和结晶性;扩链交联剂及PU分子链交联密度对聚氨酯弹性体耐溶剂的影响;增塑剂的极性与耐溶剂聚氨酯弹性体的相容性及PU弹性体的玻璃化转变温度和硬度的影响。也讨论了耐溶剂聚氨酯的合成工艺,并且列举出典型的4种耐溶剂弹性体的应用。
The structure,polarity,and crystallinity of oligomer polyols were discussed.The effect of chain extender crosslinking agent and PU molecular chain crosslinking density on solvent resistance of polyurethane elastomers,and the polarity of plasticizers and the compatibility of solvent resistant polyurethane elastomers,as well as the influence of glass transition temperature and hardness of PU elastomers are studied.The synthesis process of solvent resistant polyurethane was also discussed,and four typical applications of solvent resistant elastomers were listed.
