摘要
为实现对水质中挥发酚准确快速的检测需求,针对挥发酚检测时必要的蒸馏和萃取两个关键工序,对其中的工艺参数进行实验研究。针对水中挥发酚检测的蒸馏工序,通过实验确定了最佳蒸馏时间为37 min,最佳添加氯化钠的质量为15 g;针对水中挥发酚检测的萃取工序,采用离子液体作为萃取剂,并将萃取剂与水样的体积比确定为1∶20。
In order to achieve the accurate and rapid detection of volatile phenols in water quality,experimental research was conducted on the process parameters of the two key processes,distillation and extraction,which are necessary for the detection of volatile phenols.For the distillation process of detecting volatile phenols in water,the optimal distillation time was determined through experiments to be 37 minutes,and the optimal mass of sodium chloride added was 15 g.For the extraction process of detecting volatile phenols in water,ionic liquids are used as extractants,and the volume ratio of the extractant to the water sample is determined to be 1∶20.
