摘要
异氰酸环己酯作为化工生产的重要中间体,在农药、医药中均有广泛的应用,传统工艺生产过程中,采用光气为原料,但因其毒性大、反应过程难定量等缺陷,本实验采用毒性较小的固光为原料合成异氰酸环己酯,并通过实验确定反应最佳工艺条件,为进一步工业化生产提供理论基础。
Cyclohexyl isocyanate,as an important intermediate in chemical production,is widely used in pesticides and pharmaceuticals.In traditional production processes,phosgene is used as the raw material,but due to its high toxicity and difficulty in quantifying the reaction process,this experiment uses fixed light with low toxicity as the raw material to synthesize cyclohexyl isocyanate.The optimal reaction conditions are determined through experiments,providing a theoretical basis for further industrial production.
