摘要
超重力旋转床在原料药的生产中应用越来越广泛,由于设备体积小,传质传热效率高,对处理量较小的有机溶剂回收比传统精馏塔具有明显优势。基于此,设计三种不同结构形式的超重力旋转床转子,以药厂中应用最广泛的乙醇为研究体系,通过实验对比不同转子结构形式对乙醇精馏的影响。实验结果表明:旋转床转速的增加有利于分离提纯,当增加到一定转速后提纯效果不明显,转子层数的增加有利于提纯,相同条件下折流式转子分离乙醇水略好于填料式,半填料半折流式分离性能最差。
The application of high gravity rotating bed in the production of raw materials is becoming increasingly widespread.Due to the small volume of equipment and high efficiency of mass and heat transfer,it has obvious advantages over traditional distillation columns in recovering organic solvents with small processing capacity.Based on this,three different structural forms of high gravity rotating bed rotors were designed,with ethanol,which is widely used in pharmaceutical factories,as the research system.The effects of different rotor structural forms on ethanol distillation were compared through experiments.The experimental results show that as the rotational speed of the rotating bed increases,it is beneficial for separation and purification.However,when the rotational speed is increased to a certain level,the purification effect is not significant.As the number of rotor layers increases,it is beneficial for purification.Under the same conditions,the baffle rotor separation of ethanol water is slightly better than the packing type,and the semi packing and semi baffle type separation performance is the worst.
