摘要
氧气压缩机是空分系统中的关键设备,其作用是将从分馏塔出来的氧气压缩到1.0~3.0 MPa送至后工序,以保证甲醇系统的正常生产。此次技术研究通过对氧压机填料结构材质进行优化,实现了氧压机的长周期运行。
The oxygen compressor is the key equipment in the air separation system,which is used to compress the oxygen from the fractionating tower to 1.0~3.0 MPa and send it to the later process to ensure the normal production of the methanol system.This technical transformation has realized the long cycle operation of the oxygen compressor by optimizing the filler structure and material of the oxygen compressor.
