深部复合顶板大采高工作面回采过断层技术研究

摘要 深部开采复合顶板综采工作面过断层期间面临顶板稳定性差、管理困难等问题,为确保采面安全高效过断层,以51103综采工作面过F8断层为例,提出采用挑顶卧底法过断层,并综合使用调整采高降低采煤机割岩量、提高推进速度及降低顶板、煤壁管理难度。过断层期间,采用适当增大液压支架工作阻力、顶板及煤壁注浆、顶板及煤壁铺设柔性纤维网等方式提高顶板及煤壁稳定性。现场应用后,采面过断层期间保持4.8 m/d推进速度,由于割岩量较小采煤机截割齿磨损不严重,同时顶板及煤壁始终保持稳定,取得较为显著的过断层效果。 During the period of passing through faults in the deep mining composite roof comprehensive mining face,there are problems such as poor roof stability and management difficulties.To ensure the safety and efficiency of the mining face passing through faults,taking the 51103 comprehensive mining face passing through F8 fault as an example,it is proposed to adopt the method of lifting the roof and bedding the bottom to pass through faults,and comprehensively use the adjustment of mining height to reduce the amount of rock cut by the shearer,improve the pushing speed,and reduce the difficulty of roof and coal wall management.During the fault crossing period,measures such as increasing the working resistance of the hydraulic support,grouting the roof and coal wall,and laying flexible fiber mesh on the roof and coal wall are taken to improve the stability of the roof and coal wall.After on-site application,the advancing speed of 4.8 m/d was maintained during the fault crossing period of the mining face.Due to the small amount of rock cutting,the cutting teeth of the coal mining machine were not severely worn,and the roof and coal wall remained stable,achieving a significant fault crossing effect.
