摘要
为实现31103综采工作面安全高效回采,针对采面开采范围内赋存的DF29断层导水、围岩破碎等问题,提出以注浆为核心的超前治理技术。在采面运输巷及回风巷内按照20 m间距布置17个注浆孔对DF29断层影响区进行超前加固,在采面内布置短钻孔对破碎区进行局部加固。断层超前治理措施应用后,31103综采工作面回采过DF29断层期间围岩保持稳定,未有淋水情况出现,为采面安全高效回采创造了良好条件。
In order to achieve safe and efficient mining of the 31103 fully mechanized mining face,a advanced treatment technology with grouting as the core is proposed to address the problems of DF29 fault water diversion and surrounding rock fragmentation within the mining range.17 grouting holes are arranged at a spacing of 20 meters in the transportation and return air tunnels of the mining face to advance reinforce the affected area of DF29 fault,and short boreholes are arranged in the mining face to locally reinforce the fractured area.After the application of advanced fault control measures,the surrounding rock of the 31103 fully mechanized mining face remained stable during the mining process of passing through the DF29 fault,without any water leakage,creating good conditions for safe and efficient mining of the mining face.
