从产能退出的石油化工装置拆除施工作业的安全风险辨识和安全管控措施角度出发,对石油化工装置的拆除施工作业进行风险辨识分析,分析出化工园区化工装置本身生产和拆除施工存在的安全风险。对石油化工装置特种作业存在的主要安全风险,即因石油化工装置吹扫、置换不彻底而引发的人员中毒和窒息、火灾爆炸和高处坠落等进行深入的分析,并提出安全防控措施。

From the perspective of safety risk identification and safety control measures for the dismantling construction of petrochemical plants with production capacity withdrawal,risk identification analysis is conducted on the dismantling construction of petrochemical plants,and the safety risks existing in the production and dismantling construction of chemical plants in the chemical park are analyzed.Conduct an in-depth analysis of the main safety risks associated with special operations in petrochemical plants,such as personnel poisoning and suffocation,fire and explosion,and falling from heights caused by incomplete blowing and replacement of petrochemical plants,and ultimately propose safety prevention and control measures.
