随着经济技术的不断深入发展,高纯石英砂的市场需求也随之增加。在高纯石英砂行业生产中,用氢氟酸对石英砂进行提纯时产生的生产废水,经生石灰中后产生的压滤污泥,因含有少量的氟化钙,在日常生产和管理中,不同的专家和管理者对氟化钙污泥是一般固体废物还是危险废物,持有不同的观点。本文从其产生工艺和主要成分、危险危废的定义和名录等方面进行分析,得出结论:高纯石英砂生产过程中产生的氟化钙污泥是一般工业固废,不是危险废物。

With the development of economy and technology,the market demand for high-purity quartz sand is also increasing.In the production of high-purity quartz sand,the production waste water produced by purifying quartz sand with hydrofluoric acid and the pressure filter sludge produced after passing through quicklime contain a little calcium fluoride,different experts and managers hold different views on whether calcium fluoride sludge is a general solid waste or a hazardous waste.Based on the analysis of its production process and main components,the definition and list of hazardous waste,it is concluded that the calcium fluoride sludge produced in the production of high purity quartz sand is a general industrial solid waste,not hazardous waste.
