摘要
阐述铝合金旋压成形技术的应用范围以及在水下装备的应用前景,主要围绕特种5A06铝合金壳体旋压成形的工艺过程及方法,对铝合金旋压成形壳体的力学性能、焊缝力学性能、壳体表面及焊缝应力进行测试。结果显示,旋压成形的铝合金壳体可满足水下环境的使用要求,与水下装备壳体的传统成形工艺相比较,旋压成形工艺优势明显。
This article elaborates on the application scope and prospects of aluminum alloy spinning forming technology in underwater equipment,mainly focusing on the process and methods of spinning forming special 5A06 aluminum alloy shells.The mechanical properties,weld seam mechanical properties,shell surface and weld seam stress of aluminum alloy spinning forming shells are tested.The results show that the aluminum alloy shell formed by spinning can meet the requirements of underwater environment,and compared with the traditional forming process of underwater equipment shells,the spinning forming process has obvious advantages.
