磁铁矿石选矿工艺的分析与研究

Analysis and Research on Beneficiation Technology of Magnetite

利用工艺矿物学和磁悬浮技术,研究了磁铁矿的选矿技术。经工艺矿物学分析,发现本区磁铁矿嵌布粒径分布不均匀,磁黄铁矿分布不均匀,有些磁性矿石与磁黄铁矿连接在一起,难以进行选矿。因此从理论与实践两方面深入探讨了磁铁矿选矿技术。

The beneficiation technology of magnetite was studied by using process mineralogy and magnetic suspension technology.Through process mineralogy analysis,it is found that the particle size distribution of magnetite embedded in the area is uneven,and the distribution of magnetic pyrite is uneven.Some magnetic ores are connected with magnetic pyrite,which is difficult to beneficiate.Therefore,the magnetite beneficiation technology is discussed from both theoretical and practical aspects,which has made positive contributions to the development of China's mining companies.
