摘要
为减少真空状态下RH炉中的夹杂物污染对钢材的强度、韧性、切削性能、延伸性等金属性能产生的不良影响,对真空状态下RH炉夹杂物的去除工艺展开研究,使用乳状油脂模拟夹杂物,通过水模试验进行夹杂物聚合形态分析、处理时间与夹杂物去除率关系、气量提升值与夹杂物去除率关系三方面的研究,探索出RH炉夹杂物的去除工艺的最佳参数为处理时间设置为25 min、气体量提升值为25 L/min、液面高度为48 mm,通过应用实例验证具有较好的夹杂物去除效果。
In order to reduce the adverse effects of inclusion pollution in the RH furnace under vacuum on the strength,toughness,cutting performance,elongation and other metal properties of steel,a study was conducted on the removal process of inclusions in the RH furnace under vacuum.Using emulsion oil to simulate inclusions,a water model experiment was conducted to analyze the aggregation morphology of inclusions,study the relationship between processing time and inclusion removal rate,and explore the relationship between gas volume increase value and inclusion removal rate.The optimal parameters for the inclusion removal process in RH furnace were set as processing time of 25 minutes,gas volume increase value of 25 L/min,and liquid level height of 48 mm.Through application examples,it was verified that it has a good inclusion removal effect.
