磁黄铁矿综合回收铜硫的研究进展

摘要 针对磁黄铁矿易氧化、可浮性差,浮选回收需加大药剂用量,导致众多选厂因生产成本过高而未加回收硫,造成资源浪费,且随意堆弃造成周边环境污染的现状。通过总结国内外铜硫浮选分离工艺现状以及捕收、活化应用及其机理,为磁黄铁矿选矿过程中综合回收铜硫资源提供试验理论依据及参考信息。 In view of the fact that pyrrhotite is easy to oxidize and has poor floatability,the amount of reagent needs to be increased for flotation recovery,which leads to the fact that many concentrators do not add recovered sulfur due to high production costs,resulting in waste of resources,and the surrounding environment pollution caused by random dumping.By summarizing the current situation of copper sulfur flotation separation process at home and abroad,as well as the application and mechanism of collection and activation,the experimental theoretical basis and reference information are provided for the comprehensive recovery of copper and sulfur resources in the beneficiation process of pyrrhotite.
