摘要
随着现代工业的不断发展,对金属材料加工质量提出更高的要求,执行时通过材料成型与控制工程完成金属材料加工作业,可以更好把握材料结构和提高产品质量,并推动制造业获得进一步发展。通过材料成型与控制工程的内涵,对金属材料的选择进行详细阐述,并从机械加工、挤压锻模、铸造成型等方面入手,探讨了材料成型与控制工程中金属材料常用的加工方法,希望为实际加工作业提供参考借鉴。
With the continuous development of modern industry,higher requirements are put forward for the processing quality of metal materials.When implementing metal material processing operations through material forming and control engineering,it can better grasp the material structure and improve product quality,and promote the further development of the manufacturing industry.Based on the connotation of material forming and control engineering,this paper elaborates the selection of metal materials in detail,and discusses in detail the common processing methods of metal materials in material forming and control engineering from the aspects of machining,extrusion forging die,casting forming,etc.,to provide reference for actual processing operations.
