2号高炉降料面焖炉后的开炉实践

摘要 唐山中厚板材有限公司2号高炉受环保限产影响,于2021年1月27日采用降料面方式焖炉,焖炉后应用喷涂技术为炉墙造衬,开炉前的准备工作充足、到位,并成立工作组对各种设备实施试车,通过制订试车方案和应急处置措施来保证设备正常运行,同时采用带风装料技术和铁口预埋风氧枪技术,并结合各种调剂手段做出适时调整。实践表明,高炉开炉虽在前期有些许波折,但总体比较顺利,且在不到2 d的时间内实现全风口作业,并在短时间内将高炉各项指标提升至较高水平,为实现高炉提产打下坚实基础。 Due to the impact of environmental protection and production restrictions,Tangshan Medium Thick Plate Co.,Ltd.'s No.2 blast furnace was submerged on January 27,2021,using a reduced material surface method.After the furnace was submerged,spraying technology was applied to build a lining for the furnace wall.The preparation work before opening the furnace was sufficient and in place,and a working group was established to carry out a test run on various equipment.By formulating a test run plan and emergency response measures,the normal operation of the equipment was ensured.At the same time,air charging technology and iron mouth pre-buried oxygen gun technology were used,and adjustments are made timely by combining various adjustment methods.Practice has shown that although there are some slight setbacks in the early stage of blast furnace operation,it is generally relatively smooth,and full tuyere operation is achieved in less than 2 days,and various indicators of the blast furnace are raised to a higher level in a short period of time,laying a solid foundation for achieving blast furnace production increase.
