快节奏高效化生产转炉炉况维护实践

摘要 首钢京唐公司钢轧作业部3号高炉投产初期,面临压力陡然上升的问题,炼钢一期转炉工序承担的生产压力非常严峻,采用日产百炉常态化生产模式。针对此,结合转炉生产及工艺品种特点,借鉴先进经验理念,从影响炉况几大因素着手分析,探索转炉炉衬各阶段薄弱环节及其控制方法,总结炉衬维护先进管理经验,通过长期研究分析和反复现场实践,炼钢部5座转炉炉况持续稳定控制,为生产任务的顺利完成奠定了坚实基础。 At the initial stage of production of the No.3 blast furnace in the steel rolling operation department of Shougang Jingtang Company,the pressure suddenly increased.The production pressure borne by the converter process of the first phase of steelmaking is very severe,and a daily production mode of 100 furnaces is adopted.In response to this,combined with the characteristics of production and process varieties,drawing on advanced experience and concepts,this paper analyzes several major factors that affect furnace conditions,explores the weak links and control methods of converter lining at each stage,summarizes advanced management experience in furnace lining maintenance.Through long-term research,analysis,and repeated on-site practice,the condition of the five converter furnaces in the steelmaking department is continuously and stably controlled,laying a solid foundation for the smooth completion of production tasks.
