首钢迁钢烧结提高白灰质量生产应用

摘要 白灰密度小,具有很强的黏结性,在烧结过程中添加白灰能够强化造粒过程,改善造粒效果,提高混合料粒级,同时增加白灰配比能够提高混合料料温,减少过湿带厚度增加料层透气性,对提高烧结矿的产量和改善烧结矿的质量都有积极影响,能够减少烧结固体燃料消耗,降低烧结矿成本。 White ash has a low density and strong adhesion.Adding white ash during the sintering process can strengthen the granulation process,improve the granulation effect,and increase the particle size of the mixture.At the same time,increasing the white ash ratio can increase the temperature of the mixture,reduce the thickness of the wet zone,and increase the permeability of the material layer.This has a positive impact on increasing the production and quality of the sintering ore,reducing the consumption of solid fuel in sintering,and reducing the cost of the sintering ore.
