卷板Q355NHB冲击问题研究

摘要 普钢生产的卷板Q355NHB 16 mm厚度规格,轧后出现冲击功低的问题。对此进行了金相、气体、夹杂物等系统分析,找出了冲击功低的原因,并针对性地制定了从提高中间坯厚度、降低轧制温度、降低冷却强度等方面优化改进措施。工艺优化后冲击性能得到了明显提高,解决了卷板Q355NHB 16 mm规格轧后冲击低的问题。 The Q355NHB 16 mm thick coil produced by Pugang has a problem of low impact energy after rolling.A systematic analysis of metallography,gas,and inclusions was conducted to identify the reasons for low impact energy,and targeted optimization and improvement measures were formulated to increase the thickness of intermediate billets,reduce rolling temperature,and reduce cooling strength.After process optimization,the impact performance has been significantly improved,solving the problem of low impact after rolling the Q355NHB 16 mm specification coil plate.
