摘要
以某炼钢厂210 t炼钢转炉为例,根据转炉运行状态监测需求,提出基于多传感器状态信号转化、数据采集、数据分析的力矩监测系统,并对系统内部的数据采集设备、传感器模块进行详细设计,后将该系统应用在210 t炼钢转炉冷态状况下,分析具体监测效果。
Taking the 210 ton steelmaking converter of a certain steelmaking plant as an example,a torque monitoring system based on multi-sensor status signal conversion,data acquisition,and data analysis is proposed according to the monitoring requirements of the converter operation.The internal data acquisition equipment and sensor modules of the system are designed in detail,and the system is applied to the cold state of the 210 ton steelmaking converter to analyze the specific monitoring effect.
