摘要
牛山煤矿15102运输顺槽在掘进期间,受顶板上覆3号、9号煤层采空积水影响,巷道在掘进期间顶板淋水量大,围岩软化现象严重,严重威胁着巷道安全快速掘进。基于此,为防止巷道掘进期间水害事故的发生,消除上覆采空区积水隐患,决定对上覆采空区采取超前钻探施工。实际应用效果表明,采取超前钻探施工后,共计探放采空区积水12142 m^(3),巷道在后期掘进中的顶板淋水量减少为5.6 m^(3)/h,基本消除了水害隐患,取得了显著应用成效。
During the excavation of the 15102 transportation channel in Niushan Coal Mine,it was affected by the accumulated water in the goaf of the 3rd and 9th coal seams overlying the roof.During the excavation process,the roof of the tunnel had a large amount of water and the surrounding rock softened severely,posing a serious threat to the safety and rapid excavation of the tunnel.Based on this,in order to prevent water accidents during tunnel excavation and eliminate the hidden danger of water accumulation in the overlying goaf,it is decided to adopt advanced drilling construction for the overlying goaf.The actual application results show that after adopting advanced drilling construction,a total of 12142 m^(3) of water accumulated in the goaf was explored and released.The amount of water sprayed on the roof of the tunnel during later excavation was reduced to 5.6 m^(3)/h,basically eliminating the potential water hazard and achieving significant application results.
