摘要
管道腐蚀会直接造成壁厚减薄,且存在管道泄露的风险,不仅影响钢铁企业的正常生产,还会对环境造成污染,严重时会出现安全隐患。采用超声波探伤仪的G门模式,选择适合的探头,由仪器计算电路并测出一次底面回波B1和二次底面回波B2之间的时间差或任意两次相邻底波的时间差,最后经过换算得出相应管道的厚度,可有效降低管道运行期间的不确定风险。
Pipeline corrosion can directly cause wall thickness reduction and there is a risk of pipeline leakage,which not only affects the normal production of steel enterprises,but also causes pollution to the environment.In severe cases,safety hazards may arise.Using the G gate mode of an ultrasonic flaw detector,selecting a suitable probe,the instrument calculates the circuit and measures the time difference between the primary bottom echo B1 and the secondary bottom echo B2,or any two adjacent bottom waves.Finally,the thickness of the corresponding pipeline is calculated through conversion,which can effectively reduce the uncertainty risk during pipeline operation.
