高线多规格钢坯轧制常规产品控冷工艺研究

摘要 钢坯轧制过程中,因坯料成分的不同,可能会造成产品的性能不稳定,特别是直螺坯料轧制盘螺,其坯料成分波动较大,成品冷却时温降无法得到控制,导致坯料性能不合,产生废坯。为了解决这一问题,通过分析常规产品控冷工艺,根据不同规格坯料找准其适配的冷却温降方法,使得生产成品性能完全符合国家要求。 During the rolling process of steel billets,the performance of the product may be unstable due to the different composition of the billets.Especially when rolling straight screw billets,the composition of the billets fluctuates greatly,and the temperature drop of the finished product cannot be controlled during cooling,resulting in poor performance of the billets and the generation of waste billets.To solve this problem,by analyzing the conventional product controlled cooling process and identifying the appropriate cooling temperature drop method for different specifications of billets,the performance of the produced product fully meets national requirements.
