Due to improper control of make-up water and sewage discharge,bypass filter was abnormal,and lack of attention in management.As a result,it is difficult to realize long-term and stable operation of deep processing devices and equipment.It brings huge hidden dangers to safety production.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously strengthen the process optimization and operation management of the circulating water bypass filtration system to achieve the purpose of reducing costs,increasing efficiency,saving energy and reducing emissions,and provide guarantee for the safe production of the processing plant.
