摘要
为探究冶金氰化尾渣的深度处理措施,以某黄金冶炼企业的氰化尾渣作为研究对象展开研究,以焦粉作为还原剂,并以氧化钙作为添加剂进行实验。通过大量实验确定了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、焦粉用量和氧化钙用量这4项试验参数的最优解,并以优化后的参数为基础重新进行实验。实验结果显示,利用优化参数后的综合回收效果和无害化处理效果均相对较优,证明本次综合回收实验取得了初步成功,该实验方法具有潜在应用价值。
In order to explore the deep treatment measures of metallurgical cyanide tailings,the cyanide tailings of a gold smelting enterprise were studied,with coke powder as a reducing agent and calcium oxide as an additive.The optimal solutions for the four experimental parameters,namely roasting temperature,roasting time,coke powder dosage,and calcium oxide dosage,were determined through a large number of experiments,and the experiment was conducted again based on the optimized parameters.The experimental results show that the comprehensive recovery effect and harmless treatment effect after using optimized parameters are relatively superior,indicating that this comprehensive recovery experiment has achieved preliminary success and has potential application value.
