摘要
利用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机模拟连续退火工艺,研究了退火工艺对SPA-C冷轧耐候钢组织性能的影响。结果表明:退火温度从770℃升到850℃,钢板的屈服强度、抗拉强度逐渐降低,延伸率整体呈升高趋势;退火温度在770~850℃范围时,钢板强度随退火温度变化不大,均能完成再结晶,组织为铁素体+珠光体,晶粒度10~10.5级;退火温度在810℃±10℃情况下,SPA-C产品工业试制结果与实验室模拟结果相近;相对于Q235A钢,试验钢的相对腐蚀速率为46.94%,具有良好的耐腐蚀性能。
The effect of annealing process on microstructure and properties of SPA-C cold-rolled weathering steel was studied by simulating continuous annealing process with Gleeble-3500 annealing machine.The results show that when the annealing temperature increases from 770℃ to 850℃,the yield strength and tensile strength of the tested steel decrease gradually,and the elongation increases as a whole.When the annealing temperature ranges from 770℃ to 850℃,the change of the mechanical properties of the tested steel is small with the annealing temperature,and the recrystallization can be completed,the microstructure is F+P,and the grain size is 10~10.5 grade.At the annealing temperature of 810±10℃,the industrial trial production results of SPA-C products are similar to the simulation results in the laboratory.Compared with Q235A,the relative corrosion rate of the test steel is 46.94%,which has well corrosion resistance.
