车用钛合金铣削中刀具磨粒磨损性能实验分析

摘要 选择切削加工期间的力热耦合程度作为判断依据,在切削仿真期间加入了后刀面磨损带长度引起的磨损率、应力与温度变化情况。研究结果表明:当磨损带曲线保持稳定磨损的状态下,持续延长时间后,后刀面磨损带长度持续增加;在低速下刀具发生了较大程度磨损;更快切削速率下,刀具和工件间形成了更高的温度,降低了磨损度。以本文预测方法可以获得较高准确率并达到理想的稳定性。该研究可以拓展到其他的机加工领域,具有很好的推广价值。 The mechanical and thermal coupling degree during machining was selected as the judgment basis,and the wear rate,stress and temperature changes caused by the length of the wear zone on the back tool face were added in the cutting simulation.The results show that the length of the wear zone on the back cutter face increases continuously when the wear zone curve is kept in a stable wear state.At low speed,the tool has a large degree of wear.At faster cutting rates,higher temperatures are formed between the tool and the workpiece,which reduces the degree of wear.The proposed method can achieve high accuracy and ideal stability.This research can be extended to other machining fields and has a good value of popularization.
