摘要
为解决铝电解废旧阴极处理不当造成的环境污染和资源浪费问题,根据对酸洗工艺流程得分析完成了试验方案及设备的选型,在此基础上又重点完成了铝电解废旧阴极酸洗工艺反应温度、时间以及盐酸质量分数对碳纯度影响的试验,最终得到了最佳的酸洗工艺参数,为后续达到高效的铝电解废旧阴极处理效果奠定理论基础。
In order to solve the problems of environmental pollution and resource waste caused by improper treatment of aluminum electrolysis waste cathodes,the experimental plan and equipment selection were completed according to the analysis of pickling process flow.On this basis,the experiments on the impact of reaction temperature,time,and hydrochloric acid mass fraction on carbon purity of aluminum electrolysis waste cathodes pickling process were mainly completed,and the optimal pickling process parameters were ultimately obtained to lay a theoretical foundation for achieving efficient treatment results in the future.
