摘要
特厚突出煤层的有效抽采半径直接关系到煤层消除突出的措施执行效果和工程量,为了有效确定其参数,对有效抽采半径的相关考察方法进行了论述,结合大水头煤矿特厚突出煤层实际,采用压力指标法布置了多个不同间距的测点,考察确定了该矿井不同抽采时间下的有效抽采半径参数。现场测试结果表明,在孔口负压13 kPa及钻孔直径Φ94 mm的条件下,大水头煤矿一煤层的抽采半径与抽采时间的关系为R=0.0664 t0.8662,该参数有效地指导了矿井的区域和局部防突措施执行,保障了矿井高效生产。
The effective extraction radius of ultra-thick outburst coal seams is directly related to the implementation effect and engineering quantity of measures to eliminate outburst in coal seams.In order to effectively determine its parameters,relevant inspection methods for effective extraction radius were discussed.Combined with the actual situation of ultra-thick outburst coal seams in Dashui Coal Mine,multiple measurement points with different intervals were arranged using the pressure index method to determine the effective extraction radius parameters of the mine at different extraction times.The on-site test results indicate that under the condition of the negative pressure at the orifice is 13 kPa and the drilling diameter is Φ94 mm,the relationship between the extraction radius and extraction time of the first coal seam in the Dashui Coal Mine is R=0.0664t0.8662.This parameter effectively guides the implementation of regional and local outburst prevention measures in the mine,ensuring efficient production.
