球团钙基脱硫灰返烧结资源化利用研究与生产实践

摘要 为了实现球团脱硫灰返烧结的资源化利用,降低委外处置环保风险。通过试验室、工业试验研究球团脱硫灰基础性能以及对烧结质量、烟气排放指标的影响。结果表明:脱硫灰中硫元素主要是以CaSO_(3)赋存,含硫量为7.06%;烧结杯试验结果表明,配比为0.50%水平下,对烧结过程指标和烧结矿质量均没有产生负面影响,但随着配比的提高,烧结烟气硫负荷增大;工业试验表明,小比例脱硫灰的配入对烧结矿质量以及烟气净化排放指标均无明显影响。 In order to achieve the resource utilization of pellet desulfurization ash and reduce the environmental risks of outsourcing disposal,this paper studies the basic performance of pellet desulfurization ash and its impact on sintering quality and flue gas emission indicators through laboratory and industrial experiments.The results show that the sulfur element in desulfurization ash is mainly present in CaSO_(3),with a sulfur content of 7.06%.The results of the sintering cup test show that at a ratio of 0.50%,there is no negative impact on the sintering process indicators and sintering ore quality.However,with the increase of the ratio,the sulfur load of the sintering flue gas increases.Industrial experiments have shown that the addition of small proportions of desulfurization ash has no significant impact on the quality of sintering ore and the emission indicators of flue gas purification.
