综采工作面典型冒顶事故综合处置实践研究

摘要 以2403大采高综采工作面机尾区域发生的一起典型冒顶事故为研究背景,对工作面冒顶事故机理及特征进行分析,进而结合具体的条件及矿井实践经验,设计了冒顶事故综合处置方案,并实施了工程实践,同时进行了治理效果分析。实践证明,冒顶事故发生后,通过迅速分析冒顶事故发生原因,果断采取工作面马丽散注浆、回风巷马丽散注浆、大块矸石处置等措施,迅速处置了冒顶、空顶事故,恢复了工作面“三机”正常运行,保障了工作面安全生产。 Taking a typical roof fall accident that occurred in the tail area of a 2403 high mining height fully mechanized mining face as the research background,the mechanism and characteristics of the roof fall accident in the working face were analyzed.Based on specific conditions and mine practical experience,a comprehensive disposal plan for the roof fall accident was designed,and engineering practice and governance effect analysis were implemented.Practice has proven that after the occurrence of a roof fall accident,the mining company quickly analyzed the cause of the accident and decisively took measures such as Malisan grouting in the working face,Malisan grouting in the return air lane,and disposal of large waste rocks.The roof fall and empty roof accidents were quickly dealt with,and the normal operation of the"three machines"in the working face was restored,ensuring the safe production of the working face.
