摘要
江西某铅锌公司过滤工序的锌浸出渣含水量高,导致干燥锌浸出渣的天然气用量大,且絮凝剂用量多,促使锌系统TOC含量上涨。针对此问题,通过使用絮凝剂自动浆化设备、更换絮凝剂和调整生产等方式对湿法炼锌过滤系统进行改进,经改进后,絮凝剂成本、锌浸出渣含水显著降低,同时保证了锌浸出渣产量,达到节能增效的目的。
The high moisture content of the zinc leaching residue in the filtration process of a certain lead zinc company in Jiangxi leads to a large amount of natural gas used in the dry zinc leaching residue,and a large amount of flocculant used,leading to an increase in the TOC content of the zinc system.In response to this issue,the use of flocculant automatic pulping equipment,replacement of flocculants,and adjustment of production,Zinc hydrometallurgy filtration system is improved,which has significantly reduced the cost of flocculants and the water content of zinc leaching slag through the improvement of the zinc hydrometallurgy filtration system.At the same time,the production of zinc leaching slag has been ensured,achieving the goal of energy conservation and efficiency enhancement.
