高位定向长钻孔代替普通倾向孔施工技术研究

摘要 为有效抽采矿井瓦斯,以晋能某矿瓦斯抽采工程概况为例,通过计算采空区顶板三带高度,提出了可选用ZYL-6000D型定向钻机来打设高位定向长钻孔的施工技术,介绍了钻孔布设情况及现场施工情况,并对高位定向钻孔施工与普通高位倾向钻孔施工的瓦斯抽采效果及钻探情况进行了对比分析,发现在相同工况下,应用定向钻孔施工,可使得施工进尺减少70%,可使瓦斯抽采纯量提高1.52倍,得出应用高位定向钻孔进行瓦斯抽采施工,不仅打钻进尺更少,而且相关配套工程更少,瓦斯抽采效果相对更好。 In order to effectively drain gas from mining wells,taking the general situation of a mine gas drainage project in Jinneng as an example,by calculating the height of the three zones of the roof of the goaf,this paper puts forward the construction technology of using ZYL-6000D directional drilling rig to drill high level directional long holes,introduces the drill hole layout and on-site construction,and compares and analyzes the gas drainage effect and drilling situation of high level directional drilling construction and ordinary high level inclined drilling construction.It is found that under the same working condition,the application of directional drilling construction can reduce the construction footage by 70%,and can increase the pure gas drainage by 1.52 times.It is concluded that the application of high-level directional drilling for gas drainage construction not only has less drilling footage,but also has fewer related supporting projects,and the gas drainage effect is relatively better.
