摘要
针对焦作矿区中马村矿211采区西翼区域断层较多、水文地质条件极为复杂、工作面底板形成多条导水裂隙已发生大的突水事故的情况,采用井上下综合治理方法,首先在井下构筑小帷幕对过水通道进行截流,降低了原突水点的动水流速,再利用地面水平井大钻机、大孔径、大注浆量优势,用注浆加固的方法,重点对工作面强径流带、断层破碎带进行注浆加固,对工作面底板含水层实施超前区域治理,同时在井下施工探查检验孔,通过同步治理实现对强径流带分散突水点进行快速、有效的治理,并可以改善矿井生产环境,保护地下水资源,降低矿井涌水量,减少矿井排水费用,保证矿井安全生产。
In response to the situation where there are many faults in the west wing of the 211 mining area of Zhongmachun Mine in Jiaozuo Mining Area,the hydrogeological conditions are extremely complex,and multiple water conducting cracks have formed on the working face floor,leading to major water inrush accidents.A comprehensive treatment method is adopted above and below the well.Firstly,a small curtain is constructed underground to intercept the water passage,reducing the dynamic water flow rate of the original water inrush point.Then,the advantage of large drilling rig,large aperture,and large grouting volume in the horizontal well on the ground is utilized.By using the method of grouting reinforcement,the focus is on grouting reinforcement of the strong runoff zone and fault fracture zone of the working face,implementing advanced area treatment of the aquifer on the bottom plate of the working face,and constructing inspection holes underground.Through synchronous treatment,the scattered water inrush points in the strong runoff zone can be quickly and effectively treated,and the production environment of the mine can be improved,groundwater resources can be protected,the water inflow of the mine can be reduced,and the drainage cost of the mine can be reduced,ensuring safe production in the mine.
