采煤工作面柔模混凝土沿空留巷技术研究

摘要 为提高巷道利用率、缓解采掘接替紧张局面,以3503运输巷为背景,在原有锚网索支护体系基础上,通过长锚索对顶板支护进行补强,提升支护体系强度,便于降低留巷期间顶板下沉量。在巷道采面帮施工1.5 m宽柔模混凝土,并配合对拉锚栓增强柔模混凝土支撑能力。现场应用表明,采用的柔模沿空留巷技术可满足3503运输巷围岩控制需要。 In order to improve the utilization rate of the roadway and alleviate the tense situation of mining and excavation succession,taking the 3503 transportation roadway as the background,on the basis of the original anchor mesh cable support system,long anchor cables are used to reinforce the roof support,improve the strength of the support system,and facilitate the reduction of roof subsidence during the retention period.Construct 1.5 m wide flexible formwork concrete on the mining face side of the roadway,and enhance the support capacity of the flexible formwork concrete with tension anchor bolts.The on-site application shows that the flexible formwork along the goaf retaining technology used can meet the needs of surrounding rock control in the 3503 transportation roadway.
